All new rules will be in this color for the first week or so. Please be sure to check back every now and then.

Punishments
--- If you break one of the Proboards Terms of Service you will immediatly be booted and banned forever.
--- Usually you will have three warnings. The first is a message sent by staff. The second is a 24 hour ban and you will get another message along with a 'danger' bar. The third warning will be a three day ban with a 75% warning on your bar and another message along with an email. After your three strikes, you will be booted and banned forever.
--- If you break a rule during a fight, you will lose.
--- If you mess up with the breeding or foaling, you foal will be 'miscarried' and both you and the other rper will be sent warnings and a possible 24 hour ban.

Claiming Land
--- You must claim land IC and it must be a minimum of 500 words.
--- You must have an (active) mare (rped by another person) to claim a land. This excludes royals.
--- Before you make another post within your lands as 'Lord' you must wait to be accepted by the Admin or mod.
--- Never are you allowed to refer to yourself as 'king', only as 'lord'. You are under the Alliance King's rule.
--- Mares may not Claim land, but they may 'reserve' the 'Lady' position. This means if a land has not been claimed, but a mare would like to be it's lady, she will post ooc to reserve, and become lady when a stallion claims it.

Challenging for Land
--- You must have a mare to challenge land. She must make a post confirming that she stands by your stallion.
--- All Challenges are submitted OOC and must not only be posted in the land being challenged, but must also be pmed to one being challenged, and to either the Admin or the 'Battle Mod' or both.
--- You must include

-Your horse's stats
-What you are fighting for (land, mares, both?)
-What will happen if your character wins (to both you&him&the current herd)
-What date you will make the first post, and what conditions they will be fighting in

Claiming Mares
--- The mare's rper has the choice to have her mare reject yours.
--- Your stallion may claim as many mares as he wishes, as long as he can keep up with all of them
--- You cannot claim a mare rped by yourself.
--- Your stallion cannot claim a mare its genetically connected to (like its neice, or sister, or aunt, or cousin)
--- Your stallion may not claim a mare that is 5 years older or younger than itself. He may offer it a home, but it is not allowed to become part of his harem.
--- Feel free to interrupt a stallion and mare... mares like being fought over -wink-


Breeding
--- No pleasure breeding
--- Forced breeding allowed (rper must agree)
--- You may 'technically' breed anywhere so long as you post that they bred in the breeding lands.
--- Semi-graphic breeding allowed; Please notify in the title with 'semi-graphic' or 'PG-13' or 'R'
--- Remember that horses are horses and cannot kiss or 'feel' or whatever ...
--- If you break these rules then your mare will misscarriage.

Foaling
--- Please post the information requested in the foaling lands
--- If you request a filly or colt, your foal will probably die, or come out deformed ...
--- If you don't want the foal, then you may put it up for adoption or say it died. Your choice.
